Guidelines for identifying and dealing with weak banks

Weak banks are a worldwide phenomenon. Supervisors should be ready to deal with them. This report provides a toolkit offering practical guidelines in the areas of problem identification, corrective action, resolution techniques and exit strategies. The target audience of this report is the supervisory community, the resolution community and international financial institutions advising supervisors.
